Our Story

  • Our Story

    Puppy Pad Buddy™, started out because one day we got tired of our loving Shih Tzu, named Wicket, urinating on our walls. We always placed his puppy pad down near the wall so it is out of the way. He would use the puppy pad, but he would stand in the middle of the pad and lift his leg up and urinate. From the middle spot, his stream would hit the edge of the puppy pad and partly hit the wall. Urine would get all over the floor, on the wall, and flow under the baseboards. It was always on ordeal to clean up the mess. Plus the smell was always lingering around from the urine that got underneath the baseboard that since have dried. This was a problem that we knew that we had to fix and we couldn't be the only ones with this problem!

    After countless hours of research, designing, and prototyping, we finally developed a product that is simple and effective in preventing your dog urinating on your walls.

    The Puppy Pad Buddy™

    The Puppy Pad Buddy™ attaches to a wall in your home, and it allows you to attach a puppy pad to it so that the pad covers the lower portion of the wall, preventing your dog from urinating on it. This will prevent the urine from running down the wall and going underneath the baseboards.

  • Easy Set Up

    • Easy Install – Decide on where you would like to install the pad holder. About 6 to 12 inches from the floor. Distance between pad holders will depend on the pad size you are using. Clean the wall where you would like to place the pad holder. Attach the supplied 3M Hook and Loop strips to the back of the pad holder. Peel the back sticker off the strip and press firmly on the wall. Do this to both pieces. Wait a few hours to let it fully secure to the wall.
    • Easy to Use – Hold the edge of the pad up to the holder. Line it up with the center opening. Push the edge of the pad through the opening. To remove, simply pull the pad away from the holder. Changing the pad will only take a few seconds.
    • Works with any size pee pad – whether you are using a small or X-Large pad. These holders will hold them up. Just adjust the distance between the holders.
